This course is designed to be an aid to the millions of people who have been exposed to modern yoga, which has become predominantly focused on physical postures and exercises. Our journey in this course is to introduce ways of transitioning from those approaches into the more traditional principles and practices as systematized and promulgated by the ancient sages of Yoga, without being opposed to what you are already doing. This is a process of blending in with your current practices, not merely replacing yours with the ours.
